The Meadows Senior Fellow, Shelley Uram, MD, will be featured on BlogTalkRadio’s program “Sex Help with Carol the Coach” with host Carol Juergensen Sheets, LCSW, CSAT, PCC, on Monday, May 7, 2013, at 9:15 P.M. (EST). The program can be accessed by visiting Blog Talk Radio.

Dr. Uram, a Harvard-trained, triple board-certified psychiatrist, will be interviewed for one hour on the topic of Trauma and Love Addiction. Dr. Uram is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She speaks nationally and internationally and is best known for transforming the complexity of the brain and traumatology into interesting and easily understandable explanations. She is a much sought out speaker and educator on topics including the human brain’s survival “wiring” and how it often interferes with a person’s ability to thrive in their life, the underpinnings of depression, and the science of meditation.

Carol Juergensen Sheets, LCSW, PCC, CSAT, is currently in private practice in Indianapolis, IN. She speaks nationally on mental health issues and is featured in several local magazines. In addition, she is featured in regular television segments focusing on life skills to improve one’s potential.
