Expanded Access to Care: We Are Now In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona
Effective January 2025, The Meadows is excited to be in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) for all our inpatient treatment centers in Arizona. This partnership also provides nationwide coverage through the BlueCard Program, bringing our trusted trauma, addiction, and mental health care within reach.
In addition to our Arizona inpatient facilities, many of our programs, including The Meadows Outpatient Center and The Meadows Texas, are already in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. With this expanded partnership, we’re reaffirming our commitment to making life-changing treatment more accessible than ever.

How We Work with Your Insurance Provider
Meadows Behavioral Healthcare is in-network with most major insurance providers and many smaller ones. We also work with out-of-network plans. Every insurance plan is different, and not all MBH programs work with the same providers.
To help you get the most coverage, we ask for your insurance information upfront. Your insurance company will decide what care they will cover based on your plan and current needs. They might approve all or part of your stay.
Maximize Coverage for Military and Veterans
MBH is proud to be a TRICARE provider, offering behavioral health and substance abuse services to active-duty military, veterans, and their families in the TRICARE West Region. We also treat veterans through the VA MISSION Act.
Flexible Financing Options
Our focus is on helping you get the best treatment that works for your life. If insurance doesn’t cover everything, our financial coordinators will guide you through your options and create a plan that works for you.
We also offer financing through CareCredit, a flexible way to help manage treatment costs. CareCredit can be used for any Meadows Behavioral Healthcare treatment, including workshops (excluding lodging).
